1. Program Overview:
This is a 5-week wellness and movement program that includes a personalized weekly movement plan, guidance and accountability via email or Voxer during business hours (Monday–Friday), and educational resources to support your continued progress. This is not a one-on-one coaching program, nor does it include group sessions.

2. No Refunds:
Due to the digital nature of the program and the personalized planning provided, all sales are final. Please make your purchase mindfully. If you have any questions before signing up, feel free to contact Mandy for clarification.

3. Health Disclaimer:
This program is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By joining, you affirm that you are physically able to participate in fitness activities. Always consult your physician or a qualified health professional before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.

4. Personal Responsibility:
You are responsible for your own participation, progress, and results. While this program provides structure and support, your effort and consistency will determine your success. There are no guaranteed outcomes.

5. Communication Boundaries:
Voxer and email support is available during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST). Messages sent outside of these hours may be answered the next business day.

6. Copyright & Usage:
All materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed. This includes workouts, resources, PDFs, and communications.

7. Respectful Environment:
This is a supportive, judgment-free zone. Any disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
