We’ll start together with a live video call to walk through the plan, answer questions, and get you set up for success.


-Private Voxer Group


We'll be using the Voxer app for daily communication, check-ins, and encouragement. Voxer works like a walkie-talkie — think texting, but better for group chats — and no personal phone numbers need to be shared. You’ll have access to a supportive, judgment-free space for questions, accountability, motivation, and connection.


-Quick & Flexible Workouts


30 minutes or less, 3 days a week. Do them at home, at the park, during your kids' practice, or even while traveling.
Includes a strength workout, stretch session, and a walk day.


-Follow-Along Videos


Every movement includes easy-to-follow videos so you feel confident you’re doing them safely and effectively—no guesswork.

Hi, I'm Mandy

This challenge was born because I hear ALL the time

"I don't have time to workout or make healthy meals"

"I just can't stay consistent, I start out with good intention and then fall off after a couple of weeks"

"I am too busy taking care of everyone else, I can't take care of myself"

​It hurts my heart to think people are not making time for themselves.

About 11 years ago,  I learned first hand that if I don't make time for myself I am absolutely no good to anyone else. I was exhausted, I was crabby, I had no energy, and honestly I started to feel depressed and like a failure because I was not being the best version of myself. I was in full adrenal fatigue- it was scary!

I am a natural caretaker and I wasn't able to take care of those I loved because I wasn't taking care of myself. 

I've worked hard to make sure that doesn't happen again and I want to share how I do it with you so you can feel your best too! 

​My philosophy is you CAN have a good effective workout, feel better and have more energy in 30 minutes or less without going to the gym. You can eat healthier foods that give you energy vs making you tired. You can sleep better vs that 4 am wake up. You can take some time for self care without being gone for hours.

I'm here for you because I've been where you are.  I want you to feel your best too so you can give your best to those you love, including yourself.
